ARLINGTON (WUSA9) -- For University of Virginia fans who couldn't make it to Raleigh to cheer their Wahoos on, Arlington Roof Top Bar was the next best thing.
The official UVA bar was packed Sunday night with alumni who were all hopeful their team would make it to the sweet 16.
It was a sweep: an 18-point win took the top-seeded Cavaliers over 8-seeded Memphis with ease.
Fans were cautious at first, but with the Cavs shooting 56 percent at the half, it was all a breeze from there.
With a win this big, these fans will be celebrating all the way to New York. The final score was 78-60.
UVA will play Michigan state next in New York. It will be the first trip to the Sweet Sixteen for UVA since 1995.
