LANHAM, Md. (WUSA9) -- Police have arrested three suspects in connection to a robbery at a gas station.
Mmamoi Ojikau, 25, Mathew Ogunsalu, 20, and Aaron Prudhomme, 24 are also suspects in another robbery at a drug store in Bowie. They have all been charged with 'first degree murder, attempted second degree murder, robbery and related charges connected to both crimes,' police said.
Police responded to an armed robbery report at a gas station at 9100 block of Annapolis Road around 12:35 a.m. on Feb. 27. Two suspects had robbed the business at gunpoint and left in a car. Police were able to track down three suspects at the intersection of Annapolis Road and Interstate 495, police said.
On Feb. 26, police responded to a robbery at a drug store located at the 6900 block of Laurel Bowie Road. During that robbery, one of the two suspects fired a bullet at a door while an employee was inside. No one was injured during the incident, police said.
