GLEN BURNIE Md. (WUSA9) -- Police arrested two men early Thursday morning for tampering with cars in a Glen Burnie neighborhood.
Anne Arundel County Police Department said officers were patrolling the area of Hollins Ferry Road and Ferndale Road when they saw a man running east on Ferndale Road. Police said the man was running at a fast pace through front yards in the 100 block of Ferndale Road.
Police stopped the man who had been running and spoke with him.
According to police, two neighbors that were nearby said that the man police stopped was trying to open up one of their neighbor's cars parked out front on Emerson Avenue. The neighbors also said there was another man helping tamper with the car.
Based off of the description that was given, police were able to find the other suspect, who was walking around in the neighborhood police said.
Christopher Jason Lowery, 27 of Glen Burnie and 19-year-old Travis John Lemasters also from Glen Burnie were both arrested.
Both of the men were charged with rogue and vagabond, according to police.
