WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- In today's Restaurant Alert, tracking a "Repeat Violator" and two other closures in DC with the WUSA9 Restaurant Alert app.

Health inspectors temporarily closed: Primi Piatti, 2013 I Street, NW; Peking Express, 1338 U Street, NW; and, Eddie's Carryout, 1251 Bladensburg Road, NE.

They all passed re-inspection and are back in business.

Peking Express, see report:

The link above takes you to Peking Express on U Street, NW which was temporarily closed back in 2012 for failing to comply with a notice to remove seating so customers didn't have to go through the kitchen to reach the restroom.

In this most recent set of violations, the app shows a June 27th report documenting 15 violations including "rodent droppings found in the kitchen and shed area" and "no thermometer in reach-in refrigerator."

Health inspectors temporarily closed Eddie's Carryout on Bladensburg Road, NE on June 18th citing 18 violations including "no hot and cold running water provided on premises."
