Inspectors closed Baja Fresh 441 4th Street, NW DC; Bibiana, 100 New York Avenue, NW DC; and, Chalin's Restaurant, 4250 Connecticut Avenue, NW DC. All the restaurants passed re-inspection and are back in business.

Enter Baja Fresh's 4th Street on the Restaurant Alert app and you'll find an April closure report with 12 violations including "live and dead cockroaches" and hot and cold food items held at "improper temperatures."

The Restaurant App show Chalin's Restaurant on Connecticut Avenue, NW closed in March reporting "evidence of roaches and mice" and no hot water violations.
In a statement, Chalin's Restaurant Management says "We take it very seriously...professional service was applied."

Check out Bibiana on New York Avenue, NW. The app shows a March closure with 3 violations including "mouse droppings" on the floor in the bar and dining area.
And in Prince George's county, inspectors closed Family Dollar, 4325 St. Barnabus Road, Temple Hills, Md., Family Dollar, 5110 Indian Head Highway, Oxon Hill, Md., and Family Dollar, 6711 Annapolis Road, Lanham, Md. for rodent infestations.
