WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- DC Police haveidentifieda vehicle and two persons of interest in connection to the North Capitol drive-by shooting that injured 13 people on Monday.

According to police, occupants of at least one vehicle fired shots at the group on the sidewalk in front of Tyler House, in the 1200 block of North Capitol Street, on March 11 at about 2:10 a.m.

Surveillance video captured as two vehicles drove by the block and began shooting. Police are searching for a black or dark blue 1999 Mercedes Benz CLK 320 coup, with a DC license plate EF7810, police said.

Police are seeking information on 19-year-old Andrew Davon Allen. He is described as a medium complected black male, about 5'8", 150 pounds, with black hair.

The second person of interest is 19-year-old Craig Wilson, described as a dark complected black male, about 6'2", 140 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair, police said.
