STERLING, Va. (WUSA9) -- Authorities are looking for a man they say blocked a teen's car with his vehicle and asked for money last week in a suspicious incident in Sterling.

A 17-year-old's parent reported the incident to officers. According to the parent, the teen was driving out of a location in the 46300 block of Potomac Run Plaza in Sterling last Monday when another car blocked the entryway. The driver then told the teen he needed money for gas. The teen gave him money out of fear and he left the scene, say Loudoun County Sheriff's Office authorities.

The driver was described as a middle aged Black male with salt and pepper hair. He was driving a beige, older model compact car with a dented fender, say authorities.
