FAIRFAX, Va. (WUSA9) -- Police say a man was arrested after threatening to burn down a condominium building in Fairfax.

According to police, 34-year-old Vincent Stoutjesdijk told a fellow resident on Sunday night that he was going to burn down the Foxcroft Condominiums on Fairfax Boulevard. The resident reported the incident and police responded to the scene.

Police say that Stoutjesdijk was located in the building. They also say he resisted arrest before he was taken into custody.

He was charged with threats to damage a building and resisting arrest.

Stoutjesdijk was ordered held without bond, say police.
