UPPER MARLBORO, Md. (WUSA9) -- The Warrant/Fugitive Division announced the arrest for one of the suspects they had been looking for since February.
The incident happened on the 3600 block of Waynewood Road when Purvis Grant Rollins of Fort Washington, Maryland had allegedly threatened to shoot a victim. The victim said he knew Rollins because he went to his house to pick up a friends car. Rollins allegedly showed the victim a handgun and told him he would shoot him if he did not hand over the keys to the car, police said.
The victim was able to leave without injury, police said.
The arrest warrant was issued for Rollins on Feb. 23, police said.
