RIVERDALE, Md. (WUSA9) -- Police continue to investigate the sexual assault of a 95-year-old woman in Maryland.
The incident happened on Feb. 21 around 9:40 p.m. at the 6100 block of 63rd Avenue where an elderly woman had been sexually assaulted by a man who broke into her home, police said.
Officials will speak to the community and media about this incident on March 5 around 6:30 p.m. at the Riverdale Heights Volunteer Fire Department located on 6101 Roanoke Avenue.
Police said the suspect is described as a hispanic or Pacific Islander male, 20 years old and is about five feet two inches tall. He weighs around 150 pounds and has dark curly hair, police added.
