BALTIMORE (AP) - Baltimore police are investigating four separate shootings, two of them fatal.
On Saturday afternoon, police say a cab driver was shot in the head when he was in the process of picking up a customer in the Westport area of south Baltimore. The cab driver later died at a hospital. Another man was shot in the hip during the same incident, and police say he's in good condition.
The second homicide occurred on the west side of downtown. Police say two men were shot, one of them in the head, in the 300 block of Park Avenue around 3 a.m. Sunday. The man who was shot in the head was pronounced dead at a hospital, while the other man is expected to survive.
Two other people were shot early Sunday.
