BALTIMORE (AP) - The big Mega Millions jackpot-winning tickets may have been sold in Georgia and California, but Maryland Lottery officials say a ticket worth $1 million was sold in Anne Arundel County.

Lottery officials announced Wednesday morning that a second-tier winning ticket was sold at High's on Old Mill Bottom Road in Annapolis. The ticket matches five of the winning numbers, but not the Mega Ball.

In addition to the two $636 million jackpot-winning tickets, Mega Millions officials say there were 20 $1 million winners nationwide.

Maryland Lottery officials say the retailer that sold the second-tier ticket will receive $1,000.

And in Delaware, lottery officials say a $1 million ticket was sold in that state, although there was no word on where that ticket was sold.
