(WUSA9/WTVR) -- A man was injured when there was an explosion at a bay ata construction company facility in Hanover, Va. on Wednesday morning.
WTVR reports that the man worked for the company that leases the bay near Commonwealth Building Materials in the 11000 block of South Washington Highway (Route 1). He was transported to VCU Medical Center.
The explosion happened at approximately 4 a.m. Fire crews were able to get the fire under control in approximately 20 minutes.
Officials continue to investigate the incident.
