WOODBRIDGE, Va. (WUSA9) -- Prince William County police are looking for a suspect wanted on abduction and assault charges.

Police say 50-year-old Roscoe Skinner--of no fixed address, but believed to frequent the Fredericksburg, Va. area--assaulted a 28-year-old Woodbridge, Va. woman.

On Dec. 11 at 6:12 p.m., police responded to the 12700 block of Dara Drive in Woodbridge to investigate an assault. The victim said a known acquaintance, believed to be Skinner, entered her residence without permission and refused to leave, police say.

Once Skinner was inside the residence, he took the victim's cell phone, punched her in the face, choked her and refused to let her leave the residence, according to police.

After a physical altercation, the victim was able to leave the residence and report the incident to police. Minor injuries were reported, police say.

Skinner is described as a black male, standing 6 feet 4 inches tall, weighing 250 pounds with black hair and black eyes. He is believed to be driving a 2003 tan Cadillac with Virginia license plate WVF 8562.

He is wanted for abduction, strangulation, domestic assault and battery, unlawful entry and grand larceny.
