A new study says 63% of District residents either prefer D.C.'s tap water over bottled water, or couldn't tell the difference. D.C.
Water held taste tests in each of the city's eight wards over the summer. The exact breakdown of the results is that 264 people preferred tap water, 207 preferred bottled, and 86 couldn't tell the difference.
If residents still aren't sure about their tap water, D.C. Water says it offers free quality testing.
