WASHINGTON, DC (WUSA) -- You pay overdraft fees, a withdrawal fee, but you may not know that your bank could also charge you for research to photocopy or even to talk to a bank teller.

A new report says the average checking account has roughly 30 to 50 different fees, and most of them are not clearly disclosed.

And, it found that lack of transparency is industry wide.

Capital One received the highest overall score, 100 percent, for it's checking account procedures.

While M&T Bank scored the lowest at 16.7 percent.
