WASHINGTON, DC (WUSA) -- General Motors says it will spend close to $167 million dollars to build two new mid-size vehicles at its Tennessee plant.

The automaker expects that multimillion dollar investment will fill some 1800 jobs.

No word yet on how many of them might be created.
