RICHMOND, Va. (WUSA) -- On Monday, I decided instead of writing a generic piece on Robert Griffin III's recovery, I'd focus on something a little different. CSNWashington has a quick analysis of the quarterback's current condition -- worth the read.

Putting Redskins players on the spot, I wanted to see how Griffin's teammates would react to the following question: what is the first word that comes to your mind about Robert Griffin III?

The cool part about these mini interviews was that each player interpreted it differently. Some thought of RGIII on the field. Some thought of him off the field. Some thought of his personality. The answers are slightly entertaining.

London Fletcher - exciting

Brian Orakpo - (black) Jesus

Alfred Morris - brilliant

Stephen Bowen - resilient

Kirk Cousins - electrifying

Pierre Garcon - Robert

Ryan Kerrigan - famous

Kai Forbath - amazing

Niles Paul - dynamic

Jarvis Jenkins - funny (as hell). "He's that weird kind of funny, that you wouldn't expect. He sings a lot. Like he turns rap songs into r&b songs."

Nick Sundberg - humble

Chris Baker - great

David Amerson - terrific

Reed Doughty - dynamic

Eric Kettani - spectacular

Josh LeRibeus - incredible

Chris Thompson - phenomenal

Rob Jackson - amazing

Sav Rocca - amazing

Barry Cofield - electric

Josh Morgan - fun

Perry Riley - amazing

Fred Davis - Jesus

Richard Crawford - healthy

Darrel Young - success

Aldrick Robinson - Baylor

Josh Wilson - keystar (Wilson originally said g-star, but then took it upon himself to get my phone number from Grant Paulsen. Wilson called me while I was over in the television tent area and said please change my answer to "keystar, because it'll be hilarious." He did not clarify why. And I was unable to find him later on in the day. More on this later

Jose Grumbs - extraordinary

Chigo Anunoby - energetic

John Potter - unstoppable

So the winning word to describe Griffin III was amazing (4), followed by Jesus (2) and dynamic (2). Props to Ryan Kerrigan, Nick Sundberg and Jarvis Jenkins for each putting in more than a minutes worth of thought into the answer.

I really enjoyed putting this piece together and most of the players shared my feeling of joy during the interviews. I'll be bringing you more of this type of coverage throughout training camp.

Tweet me the one word you would use to describe RGIII -- @Mr_KevinJones
