WASHINGTON, DC (WUSA) -- It is the largest judgment awarded to a consumer against one of the major credit bureaus.

Now, an Oregon woman is $18.6 million richer after winning her lawsuit against Equifax.

The plaintiff, Julie Miller, says she tried for two years to get the credit reporting agency to correct major errors in her credit report without much success.

Equifax is likely to appeal that judgment.
