CULPEPER, Va. (WUSA9)- A man was arrested on Thursday on charges of sexually assaulting a 9-year-old boy while at a church event, police said.
Thomas H. Clement, 62, of Clifton, was charged with two counts of felony Aggravated Sexual Battery of a Minor, police said.

"The alleged sexual assault occurred during a church-sanctioned youth group camping trip. The church is located in Fairfax County," police said
The camping trip was at Burke Lake Park in Fairfax County, police said in a news release.
In a February 2013 complaint received by Virginia State Police Special Agent J.B. Root, the male victim alleged that Clement sexually assaulted him in October 2009.
