ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) - The Military Bowl is headed to Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium in Annapolis.

The DC Bowl Committee and Events DC announced Monday that this year's game will be moved from RFK Stadium in Washington to the venue that is home to the U.S. Naval Academy Midshipmen.

The Dec. 27 game presented by Northrop Grumman to benefit the USO will be the sixth annual Military Bowl. The move was first reported by The Capital of Annapolis.

This year's game will feature a team from the Atlantic Coast Conference and an opponent from Conference USA. It will be broadcast nationally on ESPN.

DC Bowl Committee President and Executive Director Steve Beck says the move brings the game to a facility that honors men and women who have served in the nation's armed forces.
