UPPER MARLBORO, Md. (WUSA9) -- A man was arrested on Tuesday on a for Theft Scheme issued by the District Court of Maryland back in Novemeber of last year.

According to Prince George's County Sheriffs, Isaiah Weston Jr., made fraudulent returns of merchandise to JC Penny stores throughout Prince George's County, and accumulated $20,000 in these fraudulent returns between February 2, 2012 and August 12, 2012.

Officials say Weston, who also had an open warrant for Failure to Appear for Driving on a Suspended License, was located and arrested at the 8900 block of Walkertown Dr. in Lanham, Md.

Weston was taken to the Prince George's County Department of Corrections where he was charged with Felony Theft Scheme and Failure to Appear for Driving on a Suspended License.
