Los Angeles, CA (Sports Network) - J.T. Terrell scored 18 points as the USC Trojans captured a 71-60 win over the Washington Huskies in a Pac-12 Conference conflict at the Galen Center.
Eric Wise added 12 points and eight rebounds for USC (11-13, 6-5 Pac-12) which has won three straight games.
Scott Suggs had 16 points, Abdul Gaddy added 12 points and Aziz N'Diaye had a double-double with 10 points and 12 rebounds for Washington (13-11, 5-6) which has lost six of its last seven.
In the first half USC shot 53.3 percent from the field while holding Washington to 40 percent shooting as the Trojans took a 40-29 lead at halftime.
Though the Trojans cooled to 33.3 percent in the final 20 minutes they hit 9-of-10 from the free-throw line to hold on for the win.
USC knocked down 14-of-15 from the charity stripe in the game while the Huskies were successful on just 4-of-14 attempts.
