Los Angeles, CA (Sports Network) - The Clippers have always played second fiddle in Los Angeles.

But so far, not this season.

Chris Paul tallied 24 points, 13 assists and five steals and the Clippers recorded their franchise-record 12th straight win with a 97-85 triumph over the Sacramento Kings.

Blake Griffin added 21 points and 13 rebounds for Los Angeles, which broke the franchise mark of the 1974-75 Buffalo Braves.

Jimmer Fredette netted 16 points off the bench to lead the Kings, who have dropped six of their last seven contests.
