FREDERICKSBURG, Va. (WUSA) -- Thursday, police released photos from the Virginia Credit Union surveillance video of the person who placed an improvised explosive device at an ATM on Wednesday morning.

Fredericksburg police say they deliberately obscured the image where the device is shown. The person appears to be wearing a ski, mask, jeans a dark colored hoodie under a blue or black overcoat, and a head lamp. He may have had a backpack or bag. Police believe he may have gotten to the drive-through ATM on foot, vehicle or bicycle.
