WOODBRIDGE, Va. (WUSA) -- One family who lived next to a townhouse in Woodbridge that caught fire has been displaced because of the damage to the family's home, say Occoquan-Woodbridge-Lorton Volunteer Fire Department Officials.

The fire broke out at a vacant town house at 14825 Winding Loop on Friday at approximately 1:10 a.m. Fire officials do not yet know what sparked the fire.

Firefighters who responded to the scene saw the townhouse fully engulfed in flames, say officials. Prince William County officials say that police helped evacuate nearby homes.

No one was injured in the fire.

The fire marshal's office officials say there is approximately $400,000 worth of damage to both townhouses.

Officials note that the same townhouse caught on fire and crews responded to put it out on October 7, 2011.
