Jessica Doyle is in week fiveofher Couch to 5K program, a slow and steady training program for running a 5K.
Here's an example of a Week Five day:

-- 5 minute warm up
-- Jog for 5 minutes, walk for 2 minutes
-- Jog for 7 minutes, walk 2 minutes.
-- Jog for 5 minutes, walk for 1 minutes.
--5 minute cool down.

Abig development this week. Jessica hasFINALLY selected the 5K thatshe plansto running. It's the Glow-In-The-Dark run at RFK stadium, Friday, November 9. LivingSocial has partnered with Mercy Corps to use a portion of proceeds to deliver 1,000 solar lanterns to school children in need in Somalia.
