ELLICOTT CITY, Md. (WUSA) - Videotape and photos of a man who secretly taped two women in their home were released on Thursday by Howard County police.

The women recently found the concealed video camera and police found photos of the unknown man on the video as he was setting up the camera.

The suspect had installed the camera in a condo in the 8300 block of Montgomery Run Road in Ellicott City that is shared by two female roommates in their 20s. There was no sign of forced entry and it is not known how the suspect got into the home.

By reviewing the footage, police learned that the camera was set up in late June to record one victim's bedroom, and over the next few months, the suspect entered the condo again, apparently during daytime hours, moving the camera to record the other roommate's bedroom and bathroom

In September, one of the roommates found the camera hidden in a closet and called police.

The suspect is described as a white male in his 30's, heavy build, bald on top with very short or shaved brown hair around
the sides and back of his head. He is seen on the video several times wearing the same clothes, which police say could
possibly be a uniform, including a dark tan or light brown button up shirt and khaki shorts.

He is also seen in a light-colored polo shirt and khaki shorts, and in some images, in a Ravens
ball cap.

Police have investigated contractors and workers in the area, but have not confirmed a suspect. They are asking the public's help in identifying the man. Once he is identified, the suspect will face charges of breaking and entering and videotaping a person in a private place without the person's consent.

Anyone with information about the suspect or the incidents is asked to call Howard County police at 410-313-3200.
