WASHINGTON, DC (WUSA) -- "Not as cool," that's what the British Court of Appeal says when it upheld a lower court's decision that Samsung did not infringe on Apple's rights when it designed the Galaxy tablet.

The lower court ruled that the Samsung's Galaxy computers were not as cool because they did not share the same extreme simplicity as Apple's iPad computer tablet.

The court also ordered Apple to publicize the ruling and must make sure consumers are not biased against Samsung.
