CLARKSBURG, Md. (WUSA) - The man who died after being pepper sprayed by police in Montgomery County on Monday was a mentally ill resident of a group home, according to his mother.

And tonight, neighbors of the group home say the tragic incident is the last straw.

They say two such homes in the neighborhood on Tailor Shop Place are a problem that needs to be addressed.
