WASHINGTON (WUSA) --The union representing thousands of Pepco workers is telling its members to reject the utility's latest contract offer. That could lead to the first strike in decades. Pepco says this is its final offer.

The vote on the contract is happening Wednesday.

Kristin Fisher reported from outside Pepco headquarters in Northwest Washington, D.C. on Wednesday morning to talk more about the potential Pepco strike.
