WASHINGTON, DC (WUSA) -- Discover bank didn't fess up, so now it has to pay up.

The credit card company just settled a case with the government for $214 million for pressuring customers to buy services and misleading them about their costs.

Those add ons included payment protection and credit monitoring.

Customers will split $200 million which breaks down to just about $60 per person.
