MOUNT VERNON, Va. (WUSA) --U.S. President George Washington's personally annotated copy of the Acts of Congress was shown on the 225th anniversary of the signing of the Constitution during a ceremony in Mount Vernon, Va. on Monday.

The rare volume includes Washington's personal copy of the Constitution. It broke world records for an American historical document when it was purchased earlier this summer for $9.8 million.
