WASHINGTON, DC (WUSA) -- Hundreds of Lufthansa airlines flights were cancelled today because of a flight attendants strike.

Cabin crews walked off the job this morning at Frankfurt airport, Germany's busiest airport.

The strike went on for eight hours. The flight attendants are demanding better pay and improved conditions for the cabin crew.
