BETHESDA, Md., (WUSA) -- The Summer Infant company is recalling two million Mother's Touch and Deluxe Baby Bathers.
Five babies received head injuries when they fell out of the bather after the folding wire frame detached from the hinge.
And, four children received skull fractures after falling from the fabric seat.
The $15 and $30 baby bather was sold in stores nationwide and on the Web from September 2004 through November 2011.
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission says you should stop using the baby bather immediately and contact Summer Infant for a free repair kit.
Consumers can call 800-426-8627 between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm ET Monday through Friday.
Or go to their website at www.summerinfant.com/batherrepairkit.
