LEXINGTON PARK, Md. (WUSA) -- A man has been charged with child sexual abuse after authorities were told that he may have touched several children inappropriately.
Fifty-three-year-old Ronald Christopher Sparks of Great Mills was arrested on Wednesday. He had been babysitting several children. On August 12, the children, who are all younger than 10, told a family member that Sparks had touched them inappropriately.
St. Mary's County authorities say their investigation led to Sparks arrest.
Sparks posted $5,000 bond but additional charges are pending a review with the State's Attorney's Office, say authorities.
