ARLINGTON, Va. (WUSA) - The Arlington County Police are looking for two people, armed with a handgun and a knife, who robbed a check cashing store last week. Police have released surveillance video and are hoping that someone who sees it may recognize the suspects.

According to police, on July 25 shortly before 9 a.m. two people approached the employee of the store in the 4700 block of Columbia Pike as she was arriving to open up the store. One suspect had a handgun while the other held a knife to the woman, and forced her inside the store.

The employee was then forced to open two safes. The suspects then fled with approximately $37,600.

The suspects are both described as Hispanic males between 5'8"- 5'10" tall with medium builds.
