About 21,000 Bonzai Inflatable Pool Slides are being called back because the slide can deflate and move around, allowing the user to hit the ground underneath the slide.
A 26 year old Colorado mother died in Andover, Massachusetts after she fractured her neck going down one of these slides. She hit her head at the bottom of the pool because it had partially deflated.
The same thing happened to a 24 year old Springfield, Missouri man who became a quadriplegic and a woman who fractured her neck from Allentown, Pennsylvania.
These slides were manufactured by Manley Toys, Ltd and sold at Wal-Mart and Toys R Us.
They give you a lift, and provide a steep fall.
And about 1.6 millionFolding Step Stools manufactured by Kennedy International Incbroke or collapsed and caused back injuries and a fractured leg when they were in use.
They were sold at Home Goods, Marshalls, TJ Maxx and other retailers nationwide.
The latches on about 46,000 Kolcraft Tender Vibes & Light Vibes Bassinets could fail and cause the bassinet and baby inside to fall.
The Consumer Product Safety Commissionand Kolcraft have received at least seven reports of this happening. One baby got a bruised cheek from falling.
It was sold at retailers and independent specialty stores across the country.
