MCLEAN, Va. (WUSA) - The NewsBabes were at it again last night. This time they collected a $5,000 check, courtesy of Kiehl's Since 1851 of Tysons Corner at their grand opening event on April 24.

The NewsBabes, the breast cancer charity founded by Washington's female news anchors including WUSA9's own Andrea Roane, Lesli Foster and Anita Brikman, have chosen the George Washington University Mammovan, the free mobile mammography program, as their 2012 beneficiary.

After cutting the ribbon with Kiehl's president Chris Salgardo, the NewsBabes announced that their next 2012 fundraising bash would be held at The Howard Theatre on June 19. Tickets ($75) will be available on their website starting May 7.
