CALIFORNIA, Md. (WUSA) -- Police have identified the second victim in the case where a 54-year-old man is accused of inappropriately touching young females in a Wal-Mart store in Maryland.


St. Mary's County authorities say that David A Dobbs was charged with third degree sex offense, fourth degree sex offense and second degree assault in the county after a 13-year-old reported she had been sexually assaulted by a man in a California. Md. store. Video surveillance allowed authorities to identify the suspect.

That incident happened on April 7. More video from the store showed the same suspect inappropriately touching two other young females in the store on April 4. One female was identified in that incident, but last week police were looking for the second child, a 10-year-old.

On Monday, April 16, authorities said they had identified the second victim. Charges are pending in this case.

Dobbs is now being held on a $5,000 bond in St. Mary's County Detention.

Authorities say Dobbs was also identified in similar cases at locations in Calvert County.
