Columbus, OH (Sports Network) - Mason Raymond notched the lone goal of the
shootout, as Vancouver slipped by Columbus, 2-1, at Nationwide Arena.
Jason Garrison scored in regulation and Roberto Luongo made 26 saves for the
Canucks, who ended a four-game losing skid.
Mark Letestu tallied and Sergei Bobrovsky stopped 37 pucks for the Blue
Jackets, who had their five-game win streak halted.
Raymond skated in at an angle on the right-wing side, cut into the slot, and
did a 180-degree turn -- spraying Bobrovsky as he stopped -- before sliding a
backhander into the net.
Letestu needed to score to keep the game alive, but Luongo beat him to it with
a poke check.
