Buffalo, NY (Sports Network) - Marcus Foligno scored a pair of goals and
Jhonas Enroth turned in a strong substitute start between the pipes, with the
pair leading the Buffalo Sabres to a 3-1 win over the New York Rangers at
First Niagara Center.
Filling in for an ill Ryan Miller, Enroth stopped 32-of-33 shots to earn his
first NHL victory since Nov. 26, 2011 and enable the Sabres to halt a four-
game losing streak.
Miller was held out of the contest due to a sinus infection.
Thomas Vanek also had a goal for Buffalo, with Andrej Sekera recording two
assists in the triumph.
Derek Stepan scored shorthanded for the Rangers' only goal, with Henrik
Lundqvist registering 19 saves in New York's second loss in its past seven
outings.
