Tempe, AZ (Sports Network) - The Arizona Cardinals signed linebacker Jasper Brinkley to a two-year contract on Thursday.

Brinkley set a career-high with 117 tackles as a member of the Minnesota Vikings in 2012, while adding two sacks and three forced fumbles and appearing in all 16 games, 15 of which were starts.

The four-year veteran was a fifth-round pick of the Vikings in 2009 and has recorded 155 tackles, three sacks, three forced fumbles along with four passes defensed over 48 career games.
