Jacksonville, FL (Sports Network) - The Jacksonville Jaguars agreed to terms with their first-round pick, wide receiver Justin Blackmon, on Monday.

Blackmon, the fifth pick of the 2012 draft, is expected to sign a contract Monday night or Tuesday and end his 12-day holdout.

The 22-year-old Blackmon, who was arrested for a DUI in 2010 and pleaded guilty to aggravated DUI for a June 2012 incident, gave into the Jaguars' demands for verbiage in his contract to protect Jacksonville shall Blackmon encounter any off-the-field issues, according to reports.

Blackmon caught 121 passes for 1,522 yards and 18 touchdowns at Oklahoma State last season. Over his final two seasons at OKST, Blackmon tallied 132 catches, 3,304 yards and 38 scores.
