Washington, DC (Sports Network) - Sophia Young scored a game-high 18 points to
help the San Antonio Silver Stars fend off a late rally in a 78-73 victory
over the Washington Mystics.

six in a row to surge into a tie for second place in the Western Conference.
Becky Hammon added 17 points, while Danielle Robinson had 12 in the victory.
Monique Curry scored 15 points to lead the Mystics, who are an East-worst 3-11
this season. Crystal Langhorne had 13 points, and Michelle Snow contributed 11

The Silver Stars used a 22-12 advantage in the third quarter to take a 12-
