Los Angeles, CA (Sports Network) - Silas Redd rushed for 158 yards and a
touchdown on 21 carries as No. 13 Southern California dropped California,
27-9, on Saturday at the LA Coliseum.
Curtis McNeal also had a big day on the ground, running for 115 yards on 10
carries. Matt Barkley completed 22-of-34 passes for 192 yards, two touchdowns
and two interceptions for the Trojans (3-1, 1-1 Pac-12), who bounced back from
a shocking upset at the hands of Stanford last week.
Marqise Lee hauled in 11 passes for 94 yards and two touchdowns in the
victory.
Zach Maynard threw for 173 yards and two interceptions on 18-of-33 passing,
while Keenan Allen caught nine balls for 94 yards.
Vincent D'Amato converted three field goals in the setback for the Golden
Bears, (1-3, 0-1) who lost for the second straight week.
