Gainesville, FL (Sports Network) - Erik Murphy led a balanced Florida attack
with 19 points on 7-of-8 shooting from the floor and pulled down six rebounds,
as the fourth-ranked Gators remained unbeaten in conference play with a 78-64
victory over Ole Miss Saturday at Stephen C. O'Connell Center.
Mike Rosario added 14 points for the Gators (18-2, 8-0 SEC), who won their
10th straight following a Dec. 22 loss at Kansas State. Scottie Wilbekin and
Patric Young each registered 13 points, while Wilbekin dished out seven
helpers and Young pulled down 12 boards.
Marshall Henderson netted a game-high 25 points on 8-of-15 shooting --
including seven 3-pointers -- for the Rebels (17-4, 6-2), who dropped their
second straight after a nine-game win streak. Murphy Holloway donated 15
points and seven rebounds in the loss.
