Brooklyn, NY (Sports Network) - Chase Budinger scored 14 of his 16 points in the second half as the Minnesota Timberwolves handed the Brooklyn Nets their first loss at the Barclays Center with a 107-96 come-from-behind victory.

Nikola Pekovic poured in a game-high 21 points in just 16 minutes, while Andrei Kirilenko recorded 16 points, eight rebounds and six assists to help the Timberwolves overcome a 22-point third-quarter deficit and improve to 2-1 without injured stars Kevin Love and Ricky Rubio.

Minnesota outscored the Nets by a whopping 58-25 margin over the final 20 minutes and shot 56.8 percent over the final two quarters in Brooklyn's second regular-season game at its brand new facility.

The Nets, on the other hand, went just 13-of-35 (37.1 percent) from the field in the second half and mustered a mere 10 points during the fourth quarter.

Joe Johnson had 19 points and Deron Williams amassed 18 points and 13 assists for the new-look Nets, who christened their arrival in Brooklyn with a 107-100 home win over Toronto on Saturday.
