Cornerback Josh Wilson won't be focusing on tonight's NFL opener (US Presswire)
ASHBURN, Va. (WUSA) -- It's very strange that the NFL season begins on a Wednesday, but hey, I'm not complaining.
There's some extra intrigue in pro football's season opener around Redskins Park. The Dallas Cowboys and New York Giants are heated rivals.
Some Redskins will be paying close attention, while others will take a break from football, before the team heads to New Orleans.
Lorenzo Alexander: "I definitely want to see what those guys are doing. I'll probably watch the first half."
Adam Carriker: "We will break it down later and analyze it when we play them. I'll try and enjoy the game for the game itself. I'll pay attention to what the lineman are doing."
Josh Morgan: "I'll watch it [as a fan and a player]. Your always a fan of the game because you love the game, but also, you might see something."
Josh Wilson: "I got a pretty big game on Sunday. I might have it on, but I gotta' make sure we win all the ones we play."
London Fletcher: "I wish both teams could lose (laughs)."
