WASHINGTON (WUSA) -- You should keep your eye on these three players flying under the radar.
Tristan Jordan - Junior JEB Stuart Running Back
The 5-foot-9, 190-pounder rushed for 283 yards on only 16 carries last Friday against George Mason. That's good for a ridiculous 17.7 yards per carry. Stuart hasn't traditionally been known for its football team, but with Jordan running the way he is, the Raiders may qualify for the playoffs.
Gaston Cooper - Junior Paint Branch Quarterback
Against Rockville last Friday, Cooper tossed four touchdown passes on just 20 attempts in a 41-18 victory. The real tests are soon to come, though. The Panthers will travel to Magruder and Quince Orchard in the next two weeks.
Jordan Crocket - Junior McNamara Wide Receiver
McNamara boasts close to a dozen Division I recruits, but so far, receiver Jordan Crocket has stood out in the pack. The 5-foot-9, 170-pounder has notched back-to-back 100-yard receiving games against Mount St. Joseph and Landon -- two stellar opponents. The best thing about Crocket? He's averaging 23.8 yards per catch. He's a big play waiting to happen.
